About Canadian Shield Adjusters

The Proprietors of Canadian Shield Adjusters are Cam Cottrell and Michael Orazi. Collectively they have over 50 years of "hands on" experience.

• Canadian Shield Adjusters employs Eleanor Rabb, Jean-Guy Blanchette, and Krista Orazi.
• We also employ support staff consisting of Lise Chapman, and Joan Henry.
• Canadian Shield also has on staff Darlene Orazi as Office Administrator.

Michael Orazi, A.Sc.T.

Michael Orazi began his insurance carreer in 1980, Licensed in All Lines, specializing in Property claims using Xactimate, Accident Benefits and Casualty claims.

Cam Cottrell

Cam Cottrell began his insurance carreer in 1986, Licensed in All Lines, specializing in Municipal Liability, Risk Management, Property and Casualty claims.

Eleanor Rabb-Leblanc - AB specialist

Eleanor began her insurance career as an independent adjuster. She then made a transition to a National Insurer to strengthen her skills in Accident Benefits. She held the position of Casualty Claims Representative for four years handling a large pending of files ranging from soft tissue disorders to catastrophic impairments. She has participated in numerous seminars relating to her field and has had the privilege of using HCAI prior to its February 1, 2008 launch. Her extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule allows her to communicate entitlement to benefits and processes to English and French clients in a clear and simplified manner. She is comfortable in dispute resolution settings having experience in private and FSCO mediations.
